We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 20 days of your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
The company offers an exclusive refund policy however, we take into consideration the restocking delivery charges. This policy is only valid in the case of a customer not liking the product and is not satisfied.
In order to avail this policy, the customer needs to let the brand know within 48 hours of purchasing the ensemble so that it can be returned or exchanged.
