1. Sunnah-Based Policy:
Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume you are not satisfied with.

2. Processing Time:
Please allow 8–10 working days for your return or exchange to be processed.

3. Return/Exchange Period:
Requests are accepted within 20 days of purchase.

4. Usage Condition:
The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the product remaining.

5. Applicable Sizes:
Returns and exchanges apply only to 50ml and 100ml perfume bottles.

Important Note:

• This policy is only valid for online purchases.
• If the cellophane, tester, or box is missing, or if the box is returned in a damaged condition, a small replacement charge may apply.
  
  For perfumes:
• If used up to 10%, a minor fee will be charged.
• If used more than 10%, the return will unfortunately not be eligible.
